If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the 'Lost your password?' link on your My Account page when you go to login.
You'll be prompted to enter your username or email and click on the 'Reset Password' button.
You should then receive an email with a link that takes you to a page for entering a new password.
If you don't receive an email within a minute or two, be sure to check your Spam folder. While you're at it, whitelist any emails coming from contentsparks.com.

When you enter your new password, you'll need to make sure it's strong enough to be secure. Our system enforces strong security measures to protect you and your account.
The password should be at least seven characters long and use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols like ! " ? $ % ^ &.
New password won't work?
After you've reset your password, some people get an error message that the password isn't working.
The most common issue when it comes to password reset is the browser or a password saver.
For example, if you've saved the password in your browser or another app in the past, it will sometimes keep trying to put the old password in. In that case, you'd keep getting an error message.
The quickest way to deal with that is to clear your browser history and cookies. That's a good thing to do periodically anyway.
If that doesn't work, you can also try using a different browser entirely - Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.
You can also submit a ticket to our Support Desk and we can reset the password manually and send you a new one.
