How Do I Submit a Support Ticket?

Click the "Submit A Request" link at the top right hand side of this page. You can use any email address to set up an account in the support system. 

However, if you are inquiring about an order, please include your PayPal email in the body of your message. We use that to cross reference to your order.   

If your request has to do with a recent purchase, please provide your Paypal Transaction number. You can find that in the email Paypal sent to you notifying you of the purchase or login to Paypal and review the details of your receipt to find the Transaction number.

It will look something like this:

Shopping Cart Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #9CD85790AO3878596)
