Where Are My Files and Downloads?

You can always access your purchases in your account. 

Login to your account via the 'My Account' link in the upper right menu of our main site, or head to this link and login:

Once you'red logged in, click on the 'Downloads' option in the lefthand menu.

Then click on the orange button under the 'Downloads' column, next to the course you want to download. You may have to refresh the page if you've just purchased the items.

There may be more than one button, depending on how many zipped folders are in your purchase. The larger Blaze packages will usually have one for Student Materials, one for Instructor Materials and one for LeadGeneration Materials.

Please download them all and save them on your computer or in Dropbox as soon as possible. We can't guarantee that the files will be on our server forever.

NOTE: Remember you'll need to 'extract files' from any .zip file downloads. If you're not sure how to do that, there are instructions in this article:
