If you're a previous customer of Content Sparks, make sure you login to your account before paying for any new products.
You can login straight from the checkout page, before completing payment.

Do NOT fill in the Billing Details section if you already have an account! If you do, you'll either end up creating a new account, if you use a different email, or you'll get a warning message that the name or email you entered is already in use.
Instead, scroll up and click on the button to login.
If you don't remember your password, you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it with something strong.
