Help! I bought the same product twice!

We understand that Content Sparks products just look so good you might end up making the same purchase more than once. If that happens, make sure you send us an email at and we’ll add a store credit to your account for the amount you paid for the most recent purchase.

Store credits do not expire, so you'll be able to use it for any purchase in the future - even sale items!

If your duplicate purchase was made during a refund period or on the same day, contact us with 48 hours and we'll issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
